Why should I buy from DeWitt Racing?

A.

When you would like the best quality products at the lowest prices- you can come to us.  Not only will you get track tested parts and advice, you will be purchasing them from a company with a passion for racing- not just some uncaring warehouse.

Q.

When will I receive my order?

A.

Typically your order will ship in 3-5 business days after you place your order if you pay instantly online.  If you use some other form of payment such as a check or money order, your order will not ship until the funds have been received and cleared.  All orders may be delayed if the product has been placed on backorder- in that case your items will be shipped as soon as the manufacturer sends the re-order.

Q.

Can I order for a friend?

A.

Yes you may. When using the shopping cart page, fill in your billing address and your friend’s shipping address and we will send the order directly to them. Using the special instructions / comments box, let us know if you would like us to enclose a gift card with your name shown as the purchaser. You may also send anonymously simply by including their contact information in the same special instructions / comments box.

Q.

Why is my order delayed?

A.

Your order might be delayed for a few reasons. Most likely is due to a back-order of one of the products you ordered. If you have any questions, please contact us. Remember, we have a 95% fill rate on orders which means most of our orders ship within two business days of being processed.

Q.

I do not see what I want online, can you special order it?

A.

If you do not see something you want on our website, we can possibly special order it for you. Please contact our sales department and someone there will be able to assist you.

Q.

I want to do a group buy, can I get a discount?

A.

Yes, to set up a group by, you must first contact us and give us the details of the group buy. We will provide you in detail of the prices and what you need to do.

Q.

Why is the product I ordered suddenly on backorder?

A.

Backorders occur suddenly and often times without prior notice. If the product you order was not on backorder at the time you ordered, it does not mean it will not go on backorder later on. This is due to large changes in inventory caused by previous orders. 

Q.

Are your products insured during shipping?

A.

Yes all orders are insured against damage during shipping. In the event damage occurs, contact us and the shipping provider immediately.  We will then assist you in returning your items and receiving replacements.
